Privacy Policy

This policy covers only data processing carried out on the intuition-software.com website (forms, downloads, webinars, cookies, statistics). It does not include the Jobaffinity software (dedicated policy).

Forms (contact, demo, webinar, download): first name, last name, email, phone, company, position, message content.

Navigation / audience measurement: pages viewed, actions taken, cookie identifiers, browser type, the page you arrived from.

IP address: it is used in three situations. First by Vercel, the company that hosts this website, to keep it running and protect it from attacks. This information is never used to analyse your browsing. Then by Google Analytics, just long enough to work out your approximate region: your IP address is neither recorded nor kept there. Finally by HubSpot, when you submit a form: it is recorded with your message to fight spam and work out your country.

Newsletter / prospecting: email, preferences.

Response to form requests: legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures.

Organization of webinars / sending resources: execution of a requested service.

Prospecting (newsletter, events): consent (opt-in) or B2B legitimate interest depending on the channel.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): consent for non-essential trackers.

Website security: legitimate interest.

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): audience measurement. Only activated if you accept it, denied by default. Google Analytics does not record IP addresses. Your data may be transferred to the United States, within a legal framework approved by the European Commission (standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).

HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland / HubSpot, Inc.): contact forms and follow-up of your requests. HubSpot is only used to receive forms: no HubSpot tracking code is installed on the site and no tracking cookie is set. HubSpot receives the information entered in the form and your IP address when you submit it. Your data may be transferred outside the European Union, framed by standard contractual clauses.

Vercel (Vercel Inc.): website hosting. Pages are served to you from servers located in France (Paris). To keep the site running and protect it, Vercel temporarily records your IP address and a few technical details about your browser, in technical logs kept for 30 days maximum. Vercel sets no audience measurement cookies. Transfers outside the European Union are framed by standard contractual clauses.

Prospects / forms: up to 3 years after last contact.

Newsletter: until consent withdrawal (unsubscription).

Webinars / downloads: 3 years after last exchange.

When you arrive on the site, a banner lets you accept, refuse or choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Until you accept, no audience measurement is activated. You can change your mind at any time from the footer.

How long do these cookies last?

Your cookie choice: kept in your browser for 6 months. After that, we ask for your consent again. Its only purpose is to avoid asking for your consent on every visit.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics): 13 months. These cookies tell us which pages are viewed, never who you are. Only set after you accept, and deleted if you withdraw your consent. (_ga)

Contact form (HubSpot): no tracking cookies. The form only sends your message and your IP address when you submit it.

Hosting and security (Vercel): no audience measurement cookies. Technical logs (IP address, browser) are kept for 30 days maximum.

Advertising: no advertising cookies on this site.

The information collected by these cookies is not kept for more than 25 months.
